Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for return from your home to our warehouse are for your account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right, you can send the enclosed form, filled in, to [email protected]. We will then refund you the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, after we have received proof of the actual shipment.

Exceptions

• Due to their nature, products cannot be returned if:
• these are packed per x number, but have been stripped of their plastic seal or packaging
• these have been closed off by a security, but this has been broken- these have been stripped of their label (s)
• textile / training gear items have been washed or have been stripped of their original labels
• these have already been used - promotional material used and / or damaged (eg paper-cardboard)
