How do you prepare your menus?
Each Weight Care daily menu consists of three different meal replacements and various snacks:
- Breakfast: Meal shake or Meal muesli
- Lunch: Meal bar
- In between: Pasta, soup or omelet
- Dinner: A keto meal of just under 300 g, microwave ready
- Dessert: Pudding or other
You can easily prepare the breakfast, the evening meal and the snacks yourself as you only need water or milk for this. Dinner is delivered ready-made. In addition, eat a maximum of two pieces of fruit and a portion of raw vegetables daily. Drink at least 1.5 liters of fluid.
